The expediential increase of Australian made cheeses are influenced largely from the number of migrants that have made Australia their home. These new comers bring a level of know-how and expertise, hence the large and varied selections of cheeses available in Australia today.

Scullerymade carries a large range of cheese tools from the most predominate cheese tool manufacturers. The range covers tools to serve, slice and present cheese. We have cheese knives and slicers specially designed for soft cheese, spreaders for really soft cheeses, knives and slicers for hard cheeses. There is a variety of cheese testers, wires, knives with two handles for cutting rounds of cheese, specialised cheese shavers that produces frilly, decorative portions.

Note the stylish design and light weight construction of the soft cheese knife. The tines are for passing pieces of sliced cheese, the holes in the blade release the sometimes sticky cheese from the blade, the air gap breaks the vacuum that makes the cheese stick to the blade. This is particularly so with many soft cheddar style cheeses. Finished with a fine serrated edge for cutting through cheese rind, or cutting small pieces of bread tomato etc.
